Crestpoint Capital Partners is a private equity real estate investment management firm focusing on executing investments in CEE, especially Poland and the Czech Republic.

We underwrite various investment strategies ranging from core to opportunistic plays across office, retail and industrial sectors. We are the single point of contact for private equity or institutional investors following a total return approach from acquisition to exit. Our market niche is accommodating Czech capital partners on investments in Poland.

Investment Manager – Private Equity Real Estate

About the job

Participating in formulation and execution of real estate investment strategies.
High level evaluation of long listed and short-listed properties.
Detailed investment underwriting and asset business planning.
Executing acquisitions and coordinating specialist buy-side advisory teams.
Participating in arranging loan facilities, where applicable.
Set up and coordination of on-site management teams.
Execution of asset management initiatives incl. leasing and project management.
Preparing the property for exit and organizing disposal.
Reporting to the capital partner and/or Tomáš Jandík and Petr Houska.
Location of work: Prague 1 with frequent travels to assets under management.

What we are looking for:

Minimum 5 years of investment or asset management experience in CEE.
MS Excell proficiency, AI literacy and English fluency. Polish is an advantage.
High level of analytical thinking, business acumen and a win-win mindset.

Investment Analyst

Participating in arranging loan facilities, where applicable.
Executing components of asset management initiatives incl. leasing and project management.
Preparing the property for exit and organizing disposal.
Streamlining the investment process using professional support and latest AI tools.
Location of work: Prague 1 with frequent travels to assets under management.

What we are looking for:

Some commercial real estate experience in CEE.
MS Excell proficiency, AI literacy and English fluency.
High level of analytical thinking, business acumen and a win-win mindset.
